Bio
Dr. Gong received his Ph.D. in 2005 from University of Texas at Austin. His primary research area is applied econometrics with a concentration on labor economics, health economics, aging and social security, and China economy. Specific research topics he has studied include: labor market intervention, ownership, and their effects on employment; health, education attainment, and job participation; subjective survival rates and bequest; social security, health insurance and income redistribution.
