On November 22, 2006, the research subject of Establishment and Prospects of Health Welfare for the Aged applied by Vice President Dr. Gong Guan was approved by office of National Statistics Research Program Leading Group of National Bureau of Statistics and was listed among National Statistics Research Program along with acquisition of key sponsorship by the National Bureau of Statistics.
